2005 Convention Comments 2003 and 2004 Convention Comments Convention Mainpage 2006 FAQ - Convention Answers Triplet Convention 2006 FAQThe following is a response to an email that should answer some common questions about the 2006 Triplet Convention: Q: What about heat and airplane ticket pricing? A: At first i wondered the same thing about the heat. but after having
lived in this unique area of the country for the past 4 years we've learned
that the big cities know how to deal with it. the airconditioning is set
very low, so bring jacket/sweater for meetings/shopping/restaurants. tucson
and phx have great selections of restaurants and indoor activities because
they know the heat can be unbearable. but remember it's a dry heat, so
under 100 degrees it doesn't feel so repressive like the humid heat. You
can get plenty of suncreen after you arrive :-) If you have additional Convention questions please email us. |
