Hi.....I was just wondering if anybody on this forum has accomplished a flat tummy with exercises afer a c-section without an tummy-tuck operation.
I had my triplet girls 9 yrs ago and I'm going back into the amubulance and I like to look fit and decent when I'm wearing a uniform. Unfortunatley, that little kangaroo pouch is becoming my annoyance.
Has anybody accomplished getting rid of the 'kangaroo pouch' without a tummy-tuck???
