I just received the "triple-decker" stroller - and although I definitely like the overall idea and design, my concern is that since the frame is tilted forward, the car seats end up being tilted too - so babies are in a more "upright sitting" position than they would be when the car seat is installed in the car. And sitting is not good while they are still tiny.
Anyone has the same concern? Have you measured the actual angle? Is it still acceptable?

It is designed for infant seats. The angle is not a problem at all. Why isn't sitting good while they are tiny? Sitting is fine for infants. In fact, reflux babies have to sit up after every feeding.

I LOVED my triple decker!!!!! If memory serves me correctly, I think I took them on their first neighborhood walk at 1 month old. Never has ANY issues with the "tilt".

Who in the world told you sitting isn't good for babies? My daughter spent her first 9 months in a pretty much upright sitting position due to reflux and she's a thriving 5 year old

I think the more upright position is MUCH better because it lets them see their surroundings much easier. I loved my TD!

It's fine. We loved ours. Babies can sit up. Heck, people even carry them around in slings all day. They don't break even when you drop them.

Here's a picture of my boys in theirs, four years ago. They're fine now!
