Hi all,
Tracey is very grateful for all your well wishes and support for her tummy tuck. She had it this morning at 8 am, and pulled through like a trooper. She is in recovery now, and will be hospitalized overnight. Accordingly to her MIL, "she is doing real well!"
I just wanted to give you a little update, because I know many of you are thinking of her as she embarked on this journey.

I have personally never been through this myself, but my friend had a tummy tuck three years ago, and I was by her side from beginning to end. So I definitely know that this IS a time when she needs the most support!

As previously mentioned, my friend had it done (she is a trip mom), and she looks so amazing! Her stomach looks like an ironing board!
The best part was seeing her so happy after all she went through!

Congrats Tracey! We're all thinking of you. Take your pain meds and don't push yourself. We can't wait to hear from you but take your time to heal.

Glad it went so well. I hope she haS an easy post op. I tried to convince the drs to let me have a tuck with my c-section but its a no go.

Sometimes in Phoenix, the dr's will do a mini tuck along with the section, but it all depends on who delivers you. I think it should be more universal! A lot of moms didn't get one, and they felt cheated.

I called and talked toher dh today, and he was on the way to the hospital to pick her up! I can't wait to talk with her soon!
Don't know when she'll be able to check these great posts, so to encourage her and as a keepsake, I plan to send them to her.
