#8150, "Looking for Coordinating Girl Toddler Bedding"

Hi, I have been looking for some cute little girl toddler bedding for over a year now. There is adorable bedding everywhere, but I didn't want to get them three of the same. I wanted to get something that would be slightly different for each of them yet coordinating. The only thing that has come close is the Pottery Barn kids different colored polka dots bedding and while I like it, I thought it was a little boring for them. Let me know if you have seen anything or what you have done if you have triplet girls! Thanks!

Have you looked at the "bed in a bag" stuff at your local department stores? They usually have some reversible sets, so you could get the same sets... but reverse the pattern on one and have different pillow/bedspread combos.

Target has a line---Circo---that I got for my girls. It is color coordinated but has differing patterns that looks great together. I liked it especially because it was young enough looking for a little girl but will hopefully look good for an older girl also. One of my dd's has "Happy Flower" and my other dd has the plaid type set, but I don't know the name of that one.

We´re redoing our girls´ room, too, and what we did was buy fabric (my MIL is a fantastic seamstress). We got one fabric with a flower pattern on it in orange, purple and green. Then on the other side of the comforter we put a coordinating fabric in orange, purple or green with tiny flowers on it (so it´s not a busy pattern) and each girls name in fabric from one of the other comforters (e.g. green name on orange background fabric). This was a compromise with my DH since he wasn´t crazy about the fabric I picked out and wanted just solid colors. And this way the girls can have a change of decor just by turning their comforters over. They turned out really nice and I´m excited to see the girls´ reaction to them. Tomorrow is when we plan to go paint, set up their bunkbeds and get everything ready for them, while they hang out at Grandma´s with no clue of what´s going on. Hope you find something really cute for your girls!
