Hi Amy,
I'm a mom to ggg.
I had no complications and I went into labor at 35w4d in the middle of a snowstorm (how typical New England). When I went in I was 4-5 cm dilated so they just went ahead and did the c-section 1.5 hours later. I was scheduled for a c-section at 36w4d. My peri wanted to deliver me between 36-37 wks. I had the same problem. I think my peri only thought I'd make it to 31-32 weeks (average at my hospital) so they didn't really discuss anything beyond that until I started demanding to know when the finish line was! Hang in there. My babies did no NICU time and came home at 5 and 8 days. I really wanted to make 36 weeks.
