Wow! You guys are all champions! It cannot be stressed enough..take the painkillers!!!! Don't let yourself get behind thinking you can handle it. I was surprised at how long it took me to recover. I did have to be re-hopitalized for a uterine infection so if you still feel bad after a week..see the doctor for sure. Worse than the delivery, I felt so bad i made out a will..i thought i was going to die! But as my mom said when I would ask her about labor "it's all worth it"
