I agree with Vaughn. Your DH needs to pitch in. And here is what we did at first, when they were feeding every three hours. I went to bed right after the 6:00 PM feeding, DH fed them at 9:00, I got up at midnight and three, and DH fed them at six. Right there are two six-hour stretches of sleep for me, and a normal night for DH who also had to go to work. I had three older kids to deal with as well, and this worked great and didn't cost a dime. Sometimes my parents would come over and do the midnight feeding - even better! When they started nursing exclusively, I had to do all the feedings of course, but by then we were able to cut back the number.
Getting someone to come for a few hours during the day is also good, but you can have a good night's sleep as well.
