it could be the reason, and to be on the safe side i would recommend the huggies nighttime diapers, maybe even a size up from what your kiddos are wearing. my son fills his diapers to the absolute maximum, but these diapers at least don't let a lot of the moisture out in the night. he wakes up with a heavy diaper, but at least his clothes and body aren't wet.
its worth a try.
