meredith- you are always the voice of reason and common sense at tc. thanks. makes sense. if they have less to throw you won't have so much to clean up. duh! discipline for 17 month olds is a somewhat silly notion unless we are talking health and safety. (ie running in the road) your best approach is to control the situation better i think. they laugh because they are not mature enough to really know the difference between right and wrong. thanks meredith- terri
