I have 2 older kids who I tried to use the bjorn and other
carriers and they all bothered my neck. So right from the
get-go we knew all 3 babies would be in a stroller.  We did
the triple decker while they were in their infant carseats. 
I highly recommend the triple decker as I was able to go out
several times a week with it and was able to juggle everyone
using it by myself.  We have since moved onto the Mountain
Buggy (no longer made but can be found on craigslist) and our
choo-choo wagon.  Yes, I take my choo-choo to go shopping.  We
are also looking into getting an inline stroller for an
upcoming trip.
You have to ask yourself if you will be comfortable wearing a
carrier and shuffling 2 babies into the stroller.  Also, can
you care for the other 2 if need be while wearing one?  Are
you going to go out a lot by yourself?  Some moms don't and
get by fine with a double.  Do you have room for a triple
stroller in your car?  Some babies don't like being in
carriers...what then?
