Hi!
My trips are 9 mos (8 adjusted) and we do not sleep well at night. I usually spent half a night on the couch with one of them so the others won't wake up. And there are three small naps (20-30 mins) through the day. They also stopped drinking their bottle ( only drink it while asleep) so I am thinking something needs to be changed with the menu as well...
Here is the daily schedule:
5-5.30am Bottle 4oz, hopefully they'll fall back asleep till 6.30
6.30-7am Fully Awake
7.30-8am Breakfast (cereal)
9.30-10am Nap
11am Snack (yogurt, rice cookie). Used to take the bottle too but wouldn't now
12-12.30 Nap
2-3pm Lunch (home made blended soup, fruit puree)
4-5pm Nap (they will sleep longer if we go outside)
6-7pm Dinner (cereal+fruit puree 1 jar)
7.45pm Bed time
10pm Bottle 4oz(they'll drink about 2oz)
