Hi. Been thinking a little more about this. I remembered that by the time we did the nighttime transition I had already done a form of cry it out with them for naps. Naptime was driving me absolutely crazy and, even though it killed me, I knew I had to do it. I did it one at a time. Probably not as efficient, but that's what I chose to do. They napped in different rooms and I think I even sent two to grandmas for the day while I trained the others (didn't take more than a day or two). It Probably sounds very weird, but that's what worked for me. AGain, good luck. Hang in there.
