Hang in there - you can do it! My older daughter was 4 until she slept through the night. It sucked and I remember being so frustrated with her (and me) for not fixing it years earlier. It's worth trying again to get everyone the sleep they need.

I think someone has already mentioned the Healthy Sleep Habits Healthy Child book. I did not use the one for multiples, but I got some really good tips on spotting signs of tiredness. I also found the sample schedules useful (although the ones people have already provided here are great) just so I knew what to aim for.

One additional suggestion I had was to try an earlier bedtime. I found with my boys that they pretty much wake up at the same time regardless of when they go to bed. They were so crabby and miserable after 6:00pm every night that we just started putting them down then as an experiment. I think we started that around 6-9 months, now I can't remember, but that is still their bedtime even though they are 3.5 years old.

Also, did anyone suggest a sound machine yet? I just have the white round one that makes a static noise. That made a difference for how much my kids woke each other up.

Is their room plenty dark? I made sure my sons' room is dark by using blackout film on the windows, roller shades, curtains, and foil covering the spots the roller shades don't block.
