You can buy triple bunks or have someone who can make lofts alter their design.

Ours (middle picture) was made by a local fellow who usually does lofts. Basically he combined a high bunk, with a medium loft.
I preferred this design because I wanted all 3 girls to have their own space but didn't want anyone to lose headroom.
It only takes up 6 feet along one wall and 6 feet along the other so fits well in a 12x12 room. They have a 9 foot desk along one wall and a 9 drawer dresser along the other.

Our girls were 12 when they got these (prior, they had a twin bunk over a full) so we didn't worry about falling out or jumping. You could easiely add side rails.
