Katy- you will be so happy you had it done. I had mine this last summer & it did wonders!!! I had lost all my weight but that pouch was horrid- I love the results. In finding a plastic surgeon- make sure he/she is Board Certified in plastic surgery. The best way to ever search for good doctors is to ask nurses. If you have access to any nurses they usually have the best info. Otherwise- just make sure the doc is board certified in plastics. Good luck!!! Make sure you have full time help that first week- and I mean full time- you will be out of commission for a week. I actually had full time help for 2 weeks & day help that last week. Then I was fine.
