Well my Trio was born at 36 weeks so they all came home when we did. I am originally from Canada but now live down in KY so we have NO family near to help. DH and I have done it on our own from day one, so it is possible. It is not easy but very do-able. We also have three other kids to care for aswell. I don't need much sleep so taht has helped us a great deal, sad I know.

We have a close Church family that helped with the occasional meal right when the babies came home but DH wanted to stop that as soon as he could. I get frustrated often because DH just does not get how difficult it is to care for the babies and the other kids. Live and learn I guess.

I think hiring help or having family help is ideal for the first little while. i sometimes wish I had done that but I am FAAAARRRR to controling, I really need to work on that more HA HA HA
