Our trio was born at 33 weeks. Our girls where home in 2 weeks and the boy within a month. We didn't have help just me and my DH. We had lots of offers right after they were born but no actual HELP.
The first month or so was hard because of very little sleep with the every three hour feedings. My DH was working full time so the night feedings were left up to me while I was on maternity leave. We survived.
My advice is if you can afford help then get someone to help you. The first few weeks were hard and I didn't know if I was gonna make it if it continued to be so hard.
