We're going as "pajama party" theme. The trips already had matching pajamas and robes that we got at the baby shower in the right size so all I had to buy was for my 4yo dd. I bought pajamas(which she needed anyway), a robe and slippers. I spent about $25. I bought the robe in a size 6 and she only wears a 4 so it will last a couple of years on her before handing it down. I already have sponge rollers for her hair. I figured since the babies would just be in strollers that nobody would be able to see them that good anyway and I can clearance shop for next years costumes.
