Dear Friends and Family,

First we would like to thank you all for participating in remembering our triplets Friday night. We are aware of candles being lit all around the world- a wave of light that traveled from Australia all the way to California. We are certain that Toby, Ben, and Zoe felt the warmth of our love and light on their first brithday.

Jamie and I spent Friday remembering our time with our sweet babies. In the morning we went to a mass that was said at St. Joseph's church with their names in remembrance. We then went to Toby, Ben, and Zoe's grave with their grandparents, and left them balloons and gifts. We lit candles on their flower-cake, and one by one each candle was blown out by the wind- I'm sure the babies made special wishes first! Later in the afternoon, we went back with the babies' aunt and had a balloon release. We let 9 balloons go, each with special messages attached for each baby.

I finally found the peace in my heart to begin work on Toby, Ben, and Zoe's scrapbook, something I have planned and thought about for this whole year. On Friday night, Jamie and I went back to the grave, and lit the babies' eternal light candle, shortly before 7:00. Then we lit three special candles, reading their cards aloud for our angels. It was a wonderful day- devoted to 3 very special people.

We would like to thank you all for participating in this day, but also for remembering everyday just how special our children are to us. Their loss is a devastating one, as I'm sure you all imagine, and in many ways we lose them everyday all over again. It is with your love and support and patience that we (and especially I) make it through each day, and have been able to come through this year. We never imagined that we would have to say goodbye to our children, or that we would only be able to share such a short time with them, but we would never trade those moments in.

Thank you again, you have 3 angels looking over you with love,
Kendra and Jamie
