Nan,

I too have been seeing a threapist....I go every other week and have been since Jan. I hated it at first, but have found it is really helping...I am so happy you are going. I am not sure how log I will need to go, I guess I will just know when that day comes. I am sure for each of us It is different. The hardest part of it was getting there the first time,
