My husband started a new job when the girls were 4 months old. He has their picture on his computer desktop, and our birth announcement on his wall (it was the only photo we had at the time). He has only told a few people, as it came up in conversation. One woman noticed the "In memory of Caitlin Elizabeth" we'd written on the announcement and asked about her, thinking it was an earlier child we'd had. He mentioned it again to somebody the other day. So maybe just having photos up, it won't come up, and you can choose to divulge the info to those you become close to, or when it comes up.

Although honestly, I'm not sure if anybody has said to him "Oh you have twins!" I know in public he will say yes, but I'm not sure what he does if it's people he will continue to have some sort of relationship with. I guess it's like everything else, you will do what feels comfortable given the situation and the time.
