Vaughn and Chris,
F2F moved to a new server earlier this year, then a second time this summer to a new bb package and logins had to be re-created with each change. Hopefully, one final move to a new server will happen shortly and ID's will most likely have to be created once again. Please signup again if you haven't already. All fathers and fathers-to-be are welcome.
No one has ever been denied access or had their access revoked for anything they posted or any beliefs they hold.(well except for Snells and one other who never really existed in the first place.) I know of no father on F2F who has not gone out of their way to be welcoming, supportive, and understanding of all fathers who have posted on F2F. There is nothing I have seen on F2F that asks anyone to identify their chosen faith, though many have chosen to do so in the forums that have been created for those groups. I can honestly say that I am unaware of the chosen faiths of over 75% of the members. But none of this matters, whether they be Christian, Jewish, Budhist, new-age-free-thinker, or whatever, all fathers and fathers-to-be are welcome on F2F.
Yes, there is an unabashed conservative Christian group of fathers on F2F, but this group is not the majority nor have they, to my knowledge, purposefully excluded anyone.
Yes, the debate forum has gotten rather heated at times, but that is why it has its own forum, in order to seperate those discussions from members who may freely choose not to view them. (Actually, Vaughn, without your input, the debate forum seems rather tame lately. You need to come back. )
F2F could definately never be called politically correct, but I think that's one of its strong points. Say what you truly feel/think, hear back what other truly feel/think, and still manage to be friends. No grudges and no flames.
