we slept all naps in swings and night in cribs for a long time. my worst refluxer slept in a swing in her room until she was about 10 months old then transitioned to the crib. Once you get the reflux under control it will get easier. Everything will get easier They should start sleeping better soon. I think we started sleeping longer stretches 'through the night' from 4-6 months then a growth spurt had them taking a bottle at night from 6-8 months and the've generally slept all night since 8 months. my mom used to tell me I had to stop sleeping them in the swings, but why? pick your battles I guess.
