We never started with warm bottles bc I didn't want to keep up the habit. Your best bet is to get the dispenser that was mentioned earlier and measure it out for each bottle and have luke warm water ready to dump it into. If it needs to be warm, you could always buy one of those portable bottle warmers that plug into your car.

We have the ready to feed that we only use when we go out. So we bring a bunch of empty sippy cups and as we need it, we open up the little individual Enfamil read-to-feed bottles and dump it in.
