My triplets are 3 months old and eating every 4 hours on a schedule, day and night (we continued the schedule they were on in the NICU). I'm going back to work soon so I need to start getting them to sleep longer at night. I'm looking for advice on the best way to do it. The way I see it, there are 3 options:

a) spread out the feedings to every 5 hours, day and night
b) keep the current schedule but drop one of the night feedings
c) compress the schedule during the day and spread it out at night, so they still eat 6 times a day.

I don't know what's healthiest/easiest for them to do, and I'm hoping there's someone out there that had been through this and can offer some advice.
