I believe it should also be the parents choice on if their children are together in the class or not. I have my separated because of their behavior when they are all together. My boys have really blossomed and progressed. I may not object to them being in classes together later on, but right now (while they are 3) I prefer them separated. My boys did not go to daycare/preschool until 3 months before their 3rd birthday. The only exposure they had to other children before that was at church and the occasional visit from friends or family. I am in the Air Force, and I am not stationed near family. I believe (for my boys) that they need the separation. They still see each other at nap and outside play. I think they enjoy being looked at as individuals and not as a group. Plus the fighting they do at home, I did not want them bringing that to school.
