Thanks for all your great replies and tips.
We decided to stay on the Disney grounds at the Caribbean Beach Resort. And I was lucky enough to get reservations for the Princess "Cinderella" breakfast in the Magic Kingdom Castle. There were only 2 spots left, so I grabbed it and made the res just for my daughter and me for a special day. My DH and the boys can have a fun morning together on Mr. Toads Wild Ride or something!
I'll let you know how our trip goes when we get back. Going over Easter Break in April.
