3-no requests at this point. We just had a talk with the boys about Christmas being simple this year - they just got new snowboards and with my extended family we are adopting a family instead of exchanging gifts ourselves. They were surprisingly good about it. We still have to get a santa gift (they are on the fence with believing) - luckily we have always said Santa brings only one gift to each of them.

4-run daily, try to meditate and go to a spirituality group 1x a month
