Has anyone used this portable shampooer from Bissel.

"Bissell Little Green Compact Multipurpose Cleaner"

We are looking for a small portable shampooer for carpet cleanup. We are open to suggestions on other models/brands too.

Yes I bought this when my trio were 6 months old. I had two with severe reflux and couldnt stand the smell any longer. It cost me 75$ which is cheaper then paying someone to come in 2x/year at 100.00 a cleaning. And I can do it when I want (even at 11 pm).

We had 2 refluxers and bought it for that reason as well. It doesn't always get up 100% of the stain, but it works well. We used it a lot with our last 2 rounds of stomch viruses too. I highly recommend it. I think I paid $60 at Target.

I actually owned the little green machine, and ended up giving it away. It wasn't bad for really small areas, but the soap that is recommended for use with the cleaner actually ends up attracting more dirt. I purchased a larger steam cleaner which ruined my carpet. I contacted the manufacturer of the carpet and on their website, they have devoted an entire section to cleaning anything off of your carpets you can imagine. Here is the site, hope this helps!'
