Hello to all. Our supply of diapers finally ran out, can't believe we made it until now. I was wondering where you guys have found the best price on diapers. We use about 105 per week on a good week, no messed up tummies.

Thanks

What brand fits your kids best?

If Huggies (for narrower kids), many of the generics will do.

If Pampers (for wider hipped, rounder bottomed kids), there aren't many generics that fit as well. I have found that the Smiles (Sam's Wholesale Club brand) is the only generic that works for us. But at 11 cents per diaper instead of the Pampers price of 27 cents, it makes a huge difference! The Smiles are marginally less absorbant. We still use Pampers at night, but have switched to Smiles during the day.

Costco has the best prices on Huggies around here, but once we got to a size 4 they seem like paper (like out of the printer paper and they actually scratched my children).

For pampers I've found (and prices do tend to be regional) that Target has the best prices here. I also buy a lot on amazon.com. They are a penny per diaper cheaper than 1800diapers.com for the ones I buy and free shipping.

I had bad luck with generics, they always gave my kids diaper rashes..the pampers and the earlier huggies did not. I'd check warehouse clubs, on line and target...just price shop your area. I do like the convenience of having them delivered to my door cheaper than I can drive to buy them..but it's not the case everywhere. Also Amazon has promotions from time to time where they give you gift cards for buying $100 worth of diapers (which you will anyway).

we stock up at BRU when they they have their sale (2 huge boxes for 29.99). and use the 15% off coupon too. for baby diapers it was less than 10 cents a diaper. for our toddlers, it's about 11 or 12 cents. (because you get less in a box). I think the diapers are just fine. they just had their sale though (was over July 16).
