Just wondering if anyone knew what the minimum amount of bottle (formula and/or milk) is recommended for 12-13 month olds? Thanks!

They should get at least 16 oz. of calcium, so they talk about milk since that is the easiest way to get it..but like ours take 10 oz., but eat a ton of cheese/yogurt, so it is OK, as long as they get their calcium from somewhere..

So, to answer your, they say between 16-24 oz. of milk.

I've been told the same as Jennifer. We've had trouble the last 2 months getting ours to take much formula (they're now 11 months). Our pedi said a minimum ofm 16 oz but that includes the formula we use in their cereal too. HTH.

Our ped said 16 oz milk, plus one more serving of food with calcium (yogurt or cheese or whatever).
