I was just wondering if anyone has been approached about using their trio for advertising or modeling? When the boys were little their ped asked to use them in her phone book ad, which we did, but was just wondering if anyone else had ever been approached in this way?

Hi Kim , We were asked by the peds. office to do a commercial for rsv-synagis shots. It was to promote the shots and rsv awareness. But I declined, it was the middle of RSV season and I was terrified someone would bring germs into the babies! It would of been like a crew of 8-10 people , so I played it safe. And they found another family to do it!

A local "Santa" asked to have the babies in his ad campaign (rather funny, huh?). However, as mentioned previously, this would have entailed exposing them to lots of germs & potential RSV right in the middle of the RSV season. We didn't do it.

My husband's cousin is a supervising producer on Law and Order SVU and she has asked us a few times if we would be interested in getting them involved in the show business world. We are still thinking about it. The thought of college money for them is very appealing.

We were contacted by the hospital I delivered at to be featured in their "Super Shots Clinic" brochure. The babies were about 7/8 mnths old. The article did include a "mock" picture of 1 baby getting her immunization and dh & I holding the other 2. The "article" itself was basically about the $$$ of immunizations for a family w/multiples or a large family of young children. And the importance of immunizations.

The funny thing is, the following summer Dh & I had the kids at a local festival and we saw the brochure displayed at the Super Shots merchant booth, we hadn't even seen it yet! (they had only sent us a copy of the picture they were using & copy of the article.) We walked around the rest of the day excited to see our family in print.
And I filled the diaper bag with extras to give to family/friends, lol.

Not exactly talent/modeling but we were excited to do it!

Our boys were just signed with a local modeling agency that does adds for GM,Ford, etc. They are also going to be published in a photography book coming out in February. I do try to get them out there as much as possible, like someone else said, anything to help them work for their college tuition!

OMG-it never stops. I think agencies think they can get you cheaper like 3 for the price of 1, LOL! Ever since we were on A Baby Story, in some magazines and the paper everyone thinks we are free access. Yes, we have gotten many offers but my dh is set against it. He says kids should be kids, they can work when they turn 15 or whatever the age is. Unless we get an offer we just can't refuse we'll see.

A women who works for the agency stopped us at the mall, but I have a friend whose children work for the same agency that sent in pictures of their kids, and were then either accepted or not.
