Hi,

I have had a TON of problems with Kaiser Permanente since my triplets wre born 11 years ago and I'm now still battling with them. They refuse to help me and I go and make a complaint with the Liason dept and they never call me back or do anything at all. I don't have another option right now. Who do I complain to to get them in gear? I'm too late for an attorney and they know that so they do nothing. Can I call the BBB or is there someone else to complain too? I am fed up now and the are soooo bad! They almost killed me twice due to their neglegence and they look at me and say why didn't you come in sooner? I fight them to get tests or things done and they deny me everytime, etc.

Any advice who to complain to get something done?

Look into the state division of licensing. You can make complaints against doctors there, and they should be able to tell you who to complain to about the hospital. My husband works for that division here in Alaska, and investigates complaints against doctors and such.

Contact the insurance commissioners office in your state. You will most likely find their contact info on the attorney generals website for the state you live in.
