sometimes you can have "referred" pain - so pain in your abdomen, for example, that is felt in other parts of your body...I don't know of any conditions resulting in referred foot pain though...I tried google searching but didn't come up with anything...sorry

Hand, foot and mouth disease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand,_foot_and_mouth_disease) is the only thing that springs to mind (though I have no medical experience) - it can be very painful and is common in young children.
