I stopped having them in the same crib when they were moving around. I found my son on top of one of the girls (he'd rolled over) and that was it for him. I let the two girls stay together a while longer but when they started getting all over the crib, I separated them too.
If I were you, I'd separate them now, if you have the space for three cribs. Assuming you don't intend to have them co-sleeping forever, the younger you start a new habit, the more quickly they'll adjust.

I separated mine at 3 months when they started moving around the crib too much. They were actually waking each other with the moving around. I would separate them sooner than later so they can get used to falling asleep alone. Shiloh--Proud Mom to: BGG born 2/04 B born 7/06
