We've got 21 month old adjusted GGG -- 2 of ours are in speech therapy and the third probably should be. I agree with Lori, it might be a good idea to get the boys assessed - if they do need some support, earlier is always better.
don't stress though... Janet G - 12/07 35 weeks GGG-04/10 30 weeks

I agree too, try to get them evaluated now. My kids were about 2 1/2 when they started speech therapy. They had maybe 10 signs and a couple of words at the time. It seemed like it took forever for their speech to get going, but therapy was really useful for me personally to get ideas of how to help them at home.
I know it can be scary to go through evaluations, but if you are concerned, you might as well just do it. Allison

We too have BGB triplets that turned 2 1/2 this week. It's interesting though, our youngest boy is the one who jabbers on all the time and Lillie is the most unintelligible. She has words we understand, but we understand her least. Will, on the other hand, is speaking in complete sentences and tackling challenging words. I think it is VERY dependent on the kid, and my pediatrician isn't worried. I think ECI is always helpful, they helped Sam with gross motor when he was younger, and it never hurts to get some feedback from a professional. We were told that between triplet talk and my nanny speaking Spanish it was okay for them (or some of them) to be somewhat delayed. Don't get too panicked, but it's good to get some speech therapists advice.
