We have 3 month old BGB triplets (adjusted age 2 days old). Financially we have to keep both of our jobs, but are not getting a babysitter until Aug. We are starting the interview process right now. We have 3 people that seem very qualified and we know them personally to an extent. My question is: what should we ask them in the interview? For people that have been here, is there a website or a list of questions to ask someone that we are interviewing? Thanks!

Can you work late?
Are holidays paid?
Do you have backup in case your kids are sick (if they have kids of their own)?
Work out paid/unpaid vacation and sick time.
Exactly what duties are expected.
