This is probably a long shot, but I thought I'd ask anyway... Is anyone here a special education attorney, or does anyone know of a special education attorney they would recommend in southern California? It's too exhausting to go into all the details here, but I really need an expert. Thanks!

Not one in CA that I know of, but have you tried wrightslaw.com? There may be a listing or link on his site (Pete Wright is a special ed attorney out of VA) and there is lots of good info on advocating for your child(ren). Good luck!

I can't help you with an attorney but I just went through
IEP/504/special ed hell with our school so I just wanted to say whatever your situation I feel for you.

It's really tough when your school has no interest in helping you or your child and it isn't fair.
