I am 14 weeks and 5 days. For a week now I've been expiriencing pain in my left ribs and find it hard to yawn or take deep breaths. I've been told its probably a baby there. Sometimes I get relieve.. For maybe a day to the most... But it
Comes back. Any suggestions on how to make it better? Its bearable now that I know it's the baby.. But still- I'm not used to this. Is there a way I Should Stand or lay to Make them Move? Is it really the babies?

The good news is that once your belly grows a little more, they will have a little more room and so baby positions will change.

Try laying in a different way to make them fall differently via gravity . I spent a lot of time on my hands and knees, to make them fall away from my lungs. Then somewhere along the line, it turned to elbows & knees.
