I do! Couldn't live without them. When the kids were younger, I added a washer and dryer because I had to get up during the middle of the night to change clothes over from the washer to the dryer to get all the laundry done. Now, my kids are 14, and they are responsible for doing their own laundry. So I have a washer and dryer, and they share the other set and each one has assigned days to do laundry. I don't know now how we'd get it all done with just one set! LCN 21 year old college senior 14 year old bbg triplets--teenagers!

Nope When the kids were little, their clothes were little so I could get a weeks worth in 2 loads. Now I do about 8 loads a week but find it easier to either do 2 loads a day if I am not working much that week, or all in one day dedicated to housework if I am working alot one week.
If I was going to get a second of something, it would be a dryer. That does hold up the process tho' in the summer I hang every other load outside.
Really if I needed a second of anything with 4 teens, it would be a fridge and locked pantry. My son can easily eat 8 bags of groceries in a weekend.

I only have 1 right now for 7 people and I cannot keep up with the laundry. In my next house we are designing it to have 2 laundry rooms. One for upstairs and one for down. That way there will be no lugging up and down stairs either. Dawn

I do. With four teenagers and two that play varsity sports, it really helps. Both sets are older. Secretly hoping to get more efficient ones one day! Heather, BBBB (two identical, two fraternal) 28 1/2 weeks, now age 18!
