You got to figure out what their "currency" is and use it against them. This is what we had to work out at our daycare because one thing doesn't work for all kids -- especially not mine it seems.
For example, my one boy is a "positive if, then" kid. So, if he does something RIGHT, then he is rewarded (sticker, tatoo, etc.)
My other boy is a "negative if, then" kid. So, if he does something WRONG, then he gets something taken away (time on the swimgs outside, computer time, etc).
My other one is the "time out" kid. Put him in time out when he makes poor choices, and he cools down and comes back ready to behave.
You might have to try different things to see what works.
And I agree that "cozy corner" sounds like a reward, not a punishment. Noel would be doing crazy crap just to get sent there. lol Jessica http://lilypie.com>![]() ![]()

Split them up.
We had this same problem, for us it was mostly the boys fighting but then my daughter would join in, misbehave, not listen...
Tristan and Cassie are VERY close and do EVERYTHING together, so we split the boys up, and put cassie in a room with Ryland to give those two more bonding time, and we actually put tristan in a class that is a year behind (cuz there was only one class for kids their age), but he goes to the "big class" for the two "lesson times" they have during the day.
It has worked out wonderfully for us and cut the disciplinary issues were cut down majorly after we did this.
