#488203, "French Parenting"
|
Hi all, I haven't posted in probably close to two years here, but I am wondering what multiple parents think about Pamela Druckerman's book Bringing Up Bebe. I am in the midst of reading it, and I do think it is interesting that for most of us, we cannot attend to all three/four/or five children at once so there is naturally a "pause" which should teach children patience. Although admittendly my 3.5 year olds definitely have not acquired the virtue of patience at this time.
I just thought it was kind of an interesting topic and since my kids do not eat fish, unless they are shaped as a stick and deep fried, and are very select on their vegetables, I am wondering what I can learn from other types of parenting.
Take care all!
