I have not been on in over a year. Just wondering if any of you know about a mom Elise Cake in Michigan who had a lot of trouble post delivery and actually had a heart transplant six days ago. Her trip girls turned one four days ago. If you all already know the story sorry for the re post. She is a friend fighting for her life and could use your prayers. Thanks for posting. I think I remember when the kids were born and she had so much trouble. Praying for her recovery.
