#488276, "Radians still the only "narrow" car seat?"

Hi! So we're looking to put all three in one row, so we're looking for some narrow car seats. I know the Radians have been the only narrow car seats (17" wide). Are those still the only option? Anyone find another narrow seat? I thought I had a spreadsheet that gave several options, put I can't find it!! So, if anyone has that, please share!

Thanks!!
Sheryl

I remember finding a spreadsheet online by googling "car seat measurements." We have Radians in both cars, but we got Cosco Scenera's at Wal-Mart for $39 each for my parents car since they drive them once in a while. They were also I think 17 inches and fit a Honda Pilot 3 across. The big difference is that there is no padding so they would be very uncomfortable for too long. I wouldn't use them as a primary car seat but as an extra works fine.

Hi, I have 2.5 year old triplet boys, we have Radians in our Chevey Traverse they fit across the second row with room to spare. I would agree they are not very cushy but they boys don't seem to mind.

Hi, we have BBG triplets due around October and we plan doing the same thing. We found that the Graco SnugRide 30's are about 16.5-17 inches wide, and they all fit in one row across our backseat. Hope that helps & good luck!
