#502, "Nap time getting them all down!!!"

Hi,
My trio is one year old ( birthday Jan 9th) I have been having a problem putting one of the girls down for a nap. They used to nap so good a month ago. I put them in their cribs all in the same room.
I put Alexis up 1st thinking that she will fall asleep before the other 2 go down.Well she just stands up in her crib and throws her binky out on the floor and yells and plays. When I put the other two up she keeps everyone awake, so I have been puting her downstairs in a packnplay and she does fine and the other two fall right to sleep.
I just would like her to sleep in her own bed during naps. Night time she seems better but it takes about 2 hours to get everyone to bed.
It never took this long before. When did you seperate them?
What eles can I do?

Thank you
Maggie

I had to separate mine for naps at around 7 months, I think. Hope always fell asleep earlier than the other two, and woke up earlier. The other two like to chatter & giggle for a long time before falling asleep, which would wake Hope up & make her cry. Once I separated her from the others naps worked great! They are still separated for naps.

I separate one of mine for naps, too. She goes in a PNP in our bedroom. I can't remember exactly when we started doing this, but it was between 12-14 months old. She still sleeps in her bedroom w/ her brothers at night w/ no problems, but nap time w/ all three in there was just terrible--talk about little monkeys jumping in their beds!

Good luck!
