#2399, "Submucous cleft palate"

My two identical quads were recently diagnosed with bifid uvula submucous cleft palate. We just met with the cranial facial team and UCLA and they feel it is significant enough to do surgery. I was wondering if anyone here had any insight into this or experience with the surgery so I can get a feel for what we might be in for.

Thanks so much
