#3926, "Mixed Receptive/Expressive Language Disorder"

Has anyone had experience with this? Blake was evaluated at the Alexander Center in May. I recieved the full report recently and he was diagnosed with this secondary to PDD-NOS. The speech therapist at the courage center had not heard of it. I will talk to another speech therapist next week. I googled it and got some info that doesn't sound the best. I am a bit confused because I wasn't told of this during the parent meeting at the Alexander center and it wasn't in the summary report that I receive at the parent meeting. I didn't now anything about it until I received the full report. From all the info that I have found, early intervention is the best--which we are already doing. I am just wondering if anyone here has a child with this diagnosis?
