For those of you who are Gluten Free-Dairy Free and are running out of ideas on what to feed your little ones, or if you just want some new recipes and inspiration in the kitchen, here is a great find!

The book is $15 with shipping included- just let the author, Joann Farb know you are a triplet connection mama in the memo if you order a copy. I wanted her to be able to see how many of us are raising multiples that are Gluten Free.

Thanks so much for sharing. This looks like a great website and cookbook. We are considering SCD but will also remain GFCF. I do feel like I am cooking the same things over and over so thank you for posting!
