#4249, "PDD-NOS with no IEP"

Both my boys had been dx with PDD-nOS at 16 mths age and after one & half yr of early intervention ABA/OT/ST(they r 3yrs now) one of them has been labelled off and the other still holds the dx of PDD-NOS or maybe heading for aspergers.
The one who still had the dx did not qualify for IEP at the local sch district & denied status 2 by the Regional centre for his high cognative skills, they are now in regular preschool with minimal issues at home.Since early intervention has done so much I am uncomfortable with the fact that he has the dx of PDD-NOS yet does not receive any therapies.I am at lost and donno who to approach.
Pls advice me on this and any info on federal family support fundings available if i plan to get him services on my own.

I don't have any info for you just wanted to tell you congratulations on how well your boys are doing. I hope my boys will lose the label someday too.
